The City and County of Denver City Council approved a Revenue Grant Agreement with the State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), for $1,518,000.00 in Proposition 123 Affordable Home Ownership Program (AHOP) funds. These funds will support the new construction of 23 affordable 1- and 2-bedroom for-sale housing units (condominiums) at the 10th & Wolff project. The units will serve buyers at or below 80% AMI. This grant is intended to directly reduce the amount of gap financing needed from the Department of Housing Stability (HOST) for the project, which is being developed by Wolff 23, LLC and Osina Development.
