The Denver City Council adopted Resolution No. CR25-1036, officially establishing two parcels of land as public streets: East 47th Avenue and North Beeler Court. The resolution dedicates these city-owned parcels as Public Right-of-Way. East 47th Avenue is located at the intersection with North Central Park Boulevard, and North Beeler Court is situated at the intersection with East 46th Place, both within Council District 8. The Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure determined the public use and necessity for these thoroughfares. The parcels, described as Tract A and Tract B of Stapleton Filing No. 55, were conveyed to the City and County of Denver by special warranty deed on June 6, 2025. The Transportation and Infrastructure Committee approved the item on July 23, 2025.
