The Denver City Council approved a revenue grant agreement for $1,518,000 from the State of Colorado's Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing. This funding, sourced from the Proposition 123 Affordable Home Ownership Program (AHOP), is earmarked to support the new construction of 23 affordable 1- and 2-bedroom for-sale condominium units. The project, known as 10th & Wolff, is located in Council District 3 and aims to serve buyers at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI). Wolff 23, LLC and Osina Development are identified as the owners/developers of the project. These awarded funds will directly offset the amount of gap financing that the Department of Housing Stability (HOST) would otherwise need to provide. This initiative aligns with HOST's 2025 strategic goal to utilize Proposition 123 AHOP funds to support 50 units of affordable for-sale housing, with this project contributing significantly towards that objective.
