A resolution was approved for a contract between the City and County of Denver and SEMA CONSTRUCTION, INC. for $50,000,000.00. This three-year contract is for Integrated Construction services, encompassing preconstruction, construction procurement, construction, and construction management. The Sidewalk Program itself was established through Ordinance 307, a citizen-led ballot initiative approved by voters in November 2022.
