A resolution was approved to modify an existing loan agreement between the City and County of Denver, Shanahan Development, LLC, and 155 Bannock Development, LLC. The amendment reassigns the agreement from Shanahan Development to 155 Bannock Development and substitutes a different property to be acquired for redevelopment as affordable housing, which will also serve as security for the loan. The original Rental and Occupancy Covenant on the initial site at 1350 W 13th Ave remains in effect for development by a separate developer. The agreement amount and length remain unchanged. This action was taken in Council District 7 and received committee approval on July 16, 2025, with final council passage on July 21, 2025.
