The Denver City Council approved an Amendatory Agreement with Elevation Community Land Trust, increasing grant funds to support the State of Colorado's Infrastructure and Strong Communities Grant Program in Council District 9. This amendment adds $325,000, bringing the total grant amount to $2,825,000. The funding is designated for infrastructure work related to the construction of the Denverado at Welton. The original grant award was $2,500,000. The Department of Housing Stability (HOST) is the requesting agency.
