The Denver City Council approved a contract amendment with Bluff Mercy, LLC, increasing funding by $300,000 for a new total of $1,500,000 and extending the agreement for an additional year until December 31, 2025. This contract supports the provision of rental subsidies and permanent supportive housing services for 31 units at Bluff Lake Apartments in Council District 8. The program assists formerly homeless households earning at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) by offering financial assistance and wraparound services. The rental subsidy amount is based on Fair Market Rent (FMR) calculations, and all vacancies are filled through the OneHome Coordinated Entry System.
This amendment secures continued funding for vital housing support to Denver’s most vulnerable populations. By providing rental subsidies and supportive services, the project promotes long-term housing stability for individuals transitioning from homelessness.
