This resolution accepts and approves the final plat for Peña Station South Filing No. 1, subdividing approximately 147.0357 acres in northeast Denver into 17 lots, 13 blocks, and 6 tracts. The property, owned by the Heirs or Devisees of Karl D. Smith, is bounded by East 56th and 60th Avenues, North Peña Boulevard, and North Tower Road. The subdivision was surveyed under the direction of the City Engineer and approved by the departments of Transportation and Infrastructure, Community Planning and Development, and Parks and Recreation. The plat dedicates public streets, avenues, easements, and utilities as shown and complies with Chapter 49, Article III of the Denver Municipal Code. Committee approved the plat by consent on January 14, 2025, and City Council passed the resolution on January 21, 2025.
