The City Council of Denver approved an amendatory agreement to the On-Call Professional Services Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District. The amendment increases the maximum contract amount from $4M to $5M by adding $1M in capacity to procure and install furnishings, fixtures, and equipment, specifically extending scope to include the Glenarm Plaza project. The agreement term remains unchanged through May 31, 2028. Scope updates (Exhibit A-1) cover benches, trash/recycling receptacles, bike racks, café tables and chairs, planters, landscape materials, lounge chairs, picnic tables, optional signature signage elements, installation services, and contract administration. The original agreement supports the 16th Street Transit and Pedestrian Mall Renovation. This contract ensures timely completion of plaza furnishings and site amenities as part of the broader mall renovation program.
