Council adopted Resolution No. CR24-0984 on August 6, 2024, accepting and approving the final plat for Denver International Business Center Filing No. 11, which subdivides approximately 19.35 acres into six lots and one block between E 71st and E 72nd Avenues and Pena Boulevard and North Tower Road. The plat was surveyed and certified by the City Engineer and approved by the Executive Directors of Community Planning and Development, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Parks and Recreation. The resolution dedicates streets, avenues, easements, public utilities, and telecommunication easements to the City.
