The City and County of Denver Council adopted Resolution CR24-0866 to accept and approve the plat of 38th and Huron Subdivision. The plat divides approximately 2.889 acres into two lots and two blocks, bounded by West 38th Avenue, West 40th Avenue, North Galapago Street, and the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way. Parcel A is described in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range 68 West, and Parcel B encompasses the west half of a section of Galapago Street. The subdivision dedicates streets, avenues, easements, and public utilities and cable television easements to the City. The plat survey and map conform to Chapter 49, Article III of the Revised Municipal Code. The City Engineer certified the survey, and the plat was approved by the City Engineer, the Executive Director of Community Planning and Development, the Executive Director of Transportation and Infrastructure, and the Executive Director of Parks and Recreation. The Council accepted the plat by consent on July 9, 2024.
