The resolution approves and accepts the final plat of Peña Station Filing No. 7, subdividing 16.3136 acres into 2 lots and 2 blocks located between E 62nd and E 64th Avenues and N Yampa Street and N Tower Road in Denver, Colorado. The plat dedicates streets, avenues, and public utility and telecommunications easements as shown on the map. The subdivision contains a calculated area of 710,621 square feet. The survey was conducted under the direction of the City Engineer and certified for accuracy according to Chapter 49, Article III of the Denver Municipal Code. The Executive Directors of Community Planning and Development, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Parks and Recreation reviewed and approved the plat. The Council accepted the plat by consent on June 11, 2024, following committee approval on June 4, 2024.
