This decision allows for the development of community-oriented commercial uses within the specified area, which is bounded by West 36th Street, an alley east of and parallel to South Halsted Street, a line 94 feet south of and parallel to West 37th Street, and South Halsted Street. The ordinance will become effective upon its passage and publication.
