The Atlanta City Council passed an ordinance to annex and zone the property at 942 Gresham Avenue, SE. The property, previously in unincorporated DeKalb County, has been incorporated into the city boundaries of Atlanta. Upon annexation, the parcel is zoned to R-4 (Single-Family Residential), a designation recommended by the Office of Zoning & Development. The ordinance was sponsored by Councilmember Liliana Bakhtiari and was certified by the municipal clerk on November 24, 2025.
